Sort of amazing to me was that sometime around 1990 or so, I came across this fish inlay. I think a place in Seattle. I bought one strip and inlaid a slide out computer tray…which i still have. So, when looking for an inlay for a table top project-I was amazed to find it! Again, i chose this from amongst all the others and fitted them into a groove, sanded and chiseled to make it flush and about to spray finish coats to complete the successful project. It amazes me how these strips are made with such precision. And for all these years. Good fun whimsical product!
