Replacement of broken strips

When I ordered ten inlay strips , six came through broken. I was able to salvage enough to do one of my projects and when I ordered ten more strips, Inlay Product World added six more strips to the order. All requests for products have been received promptly and accurately., The one time there was a wrong shipment, Inlay quickly corrected it and sent the proper product. I am very pleased with their products and service.

The product seems to be high quality. They are very thin, not that I expected more for 1/30th of an inch. I have not installed them yet.
