One of my orders from Inlay Product World arrived via UPS completely crushed and all of the inlay pieces were broken. IPW replaced all of the order even though it wasn't their fault that the shipment was damaged. Excellent customer service. I won't buy inlay strips anywhere else.

I find that everything I have bought has been very well made and shipping has been really good as well. I am very happy purchasing from Inlay Product. This is my go to place for inlays.

3 ft inlay strip

Very reasonably priced and shipped extremely secure. I very much enjoyed ordering from inlay products and talking with the folks over the phone on one order. On two other orders I placed over the phone. I have purchased inlays, horses, hummingbird, butterflys, cardinals, and peacock. All of them have exceeded expectation.

Some of my work I had pre-cut for these inlays and they fit right in there!
