I have been a customer for many years and have always been satisfied with your products. However, I am not satisfied with the condition of this item. The details were up to your usual standards but during the manufacturing, x3 relatively large and unsightly holes remained. This brought the level of craftsmanship and satisfaction down to a level that I was not satisfied with. I will be looking for alternative sources for my next project.

The deer inlay is OK, but trying to make good use of something as large as a deer that has been downsized to only a couple of inches in size will be a challenge.

Arrived in good condition although very thin material and had some rather deep saw marks.  Was able to use, but afraid to sand very much and could not quite sand all the saw marks out.
