Props to the folks at Inlay Products - they were really helpful once I discovered an error in my measurements - stopped what I had ordered, and promptly filled my new order without issue. Inlays came well-wrapped and perfect in a long box. And my, are they beautiful! I wouldn't hesitate to order again ... and very likely will!

inlay banding

I received the bands in a partially broken box and sure enough all the bands inside were broken also. You should take note from say Lee Valley tools in Canada, they roll the banding and ship in a strong rectangular box - never a break in any band. Your patterns are terrific however, and I'm trying to salvage what I can.
